Our services include products, computer programs, widgets, services, and websites hosted or available by OBT, which may be used for uploading, storing, downloading, and transmitting any number or text and images or files (collectively, "Service").

3. Public Information

The application you have submitted to us and the services you receive from your application is not publicly accessible unless you have express consent to grant us your permission to publish your work by us to our online portfolio or promotional materials.

You can contact us to delete your application work at any time. When the request is deleted on your profile, they will no longer be accessible to you or others who may access your account, but there may be residual copies due to the nature of the computer system's operation and ongoing data and archive backup.

5. Payment and billing

We are not responsible for any error caused by the payment processors. By choosing to use the paid services, you agree to pay us, through the payment processors, all charges at the prices that will be valid for any use of the paid services.

6. Development Services Update Policy

Dayan can request a free version within 14 days of approval. In case the service you request is a pre-marketing campaign service you will need to confirm before and then you cannot change anymore.

7. Refund Policy

In the event of dissatisfaction, subject to the restrictions described below, we will provide a partial or full refund of your payment. The refund policy applies only before the order is confirmed or up to 14 consecutive days from the date of order confirmation by you or the automatic closing of a system or IT. In the case of a service marketing campaign, we usually manage your budget, you can always stop your campaign by letting us know and we will stop within 24 hours to refund your remaining balance.

8. Changes and Updates

Since these terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. You need to check it from time to time to keep up to date with our plans and procedures. Your continued use of the Website and Services constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Service and any updates. Any violation of these instructions may result in the termination of your account.
